Great place to stay and eat. Attention to detail is paramount for the hotel. Great place to chill out with friends and family.
Comfortable hotel. Bedroom was well appointed, but no double glazing in bathroom and only source of bathroom heating was the towel rail. Breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked to order. Service during dinner on the Sunday night was patchy towards the end of the meal, but the food itself was excellent and we felt the wines were reasonably priced. Excellent range of cocktails at the lounge bar. Would stay there again but would insist on not having a bedroom with an inter communicating door- ours had one and privacy wasn't good, but the hotel did block the adjoining room after we raised the issue.
Great hotel perfectly located between the cathedral and the castle. Staff most amenable when we requested a room on a more suitable location as we had a dog and considered the Top floor room may not be the best option. Food exceptional good and would recommend to anyone planning to stay locally.
We come to this place whenever in Lincoln to purchase cocktails. They have a large selection of cocktails on offer, the ambience is great albeit sometimes crowded at times and the service is good. It would be best to come here around 10.30pm as it is less busy around this time. Highly recommend!
