Very hospitable and friendly without going over the top. Top Mark's for breakfast in content, flavour and service. Will go there again.
It was a perfect stay, all very clean tidy, and Michael was very friendly and attentive.Our room was warm, beds were comfortable and homemade cookies to have with your team or coffee.Shops and places to eat just across the road, and is about a 10/15 minutes drive from the city.Breakfast was freshly made to order. Value for money

Arrived Friday to a wonderful welcome from Mike the owner who made us feel at home straight away our room was perfect very clean and equipped with everything u need and the beds were very comfortable the full English breakfast was delicious and all the ingredients were locally sourced there was even a communal room which had a fridge for residents use there is a small shopping centre right opposite and a pub within walking distance so ideally situated all in all my partner an myself had a wonderful stay would definitely recommend and we intend to return again next yearAlso lovely little treat home made biscuits left in the room
