So disappointed. Heavily pregnant when I visited there alone. Ordered a takeout from the restaurant but no one was able to help me by bringing it over. Sat at the desk in my room to eat and under the glass surface was a lot of dirt and crumbs. Made my dinner less appealing.Awful nights sleep as the mattress was extremely lumpy.The shower was covered in mildew, had not been cleaned for a long time. I called in the manager and she gave it a light wipe with a towel and made it black, she was not impressed with the poor cleanliness. I was given a complimentary breakfast as compensation for the awful room but I wish I'd asked for my money back instead! I won't be staying there again.

My family and I stayed here last night for the first time. The Motel was really comfortably,and clean. The staff were great,and the food was beautiful. Would recommend to anyone.
The motel building is built circular inside and the rooms on the inner section of the upper floor over look the hot tub suites. The issues here are that you can see into the small court yards of those lower suites. Not ideal for the privacy of those guests or for those on the upper level. With the hot tubs on below they make a fair old noise. When they are not on the air con fans run for those hot tub suites which is equally as noisy. No other rooms except the hot tub suites have air conditioning either so when the hot tub is on below the heat does in fact travel upwards into the room above. So if you want a breeze you have to open the only windows in the inner circle rooms that then expose the problems described above. The rooms are well overdue refurbishment. Each room had two windows. One window had curtains and a blind. The window over the sink (inside the bedroom) just has a blind which was an original one by the look of it. It did a poor job of making the room dark. The baths and showers are prefabricated plastic one piece moulds. The hand basins are in the bedrooms so you use the loo and then have to come back into the bedroom to wash your hands. The staff were very pleasant and helped the best they could when our first room was above a hot tub suite with a guest who felt the need to make loud phone calls to his friends in his court yard, using all swear words known to man. Not pleasant for the kids nor adults. The second room given was again above another hot tub suite and the only gripe was the noise which is audible no matter if the windows are open or not. Overall a disappointment. If you're occupying a hot tub suite you've got the better rooms and probably wouldn't spare a thought for those above. If you're in an upper room (on the inner part of the building) be prepared to maybe experience the same as I did. If you have a room on the outer section of the building I imagine you're fine. The upper inner rooms are described as larger family rooms. So if you have a child with you the chances are you'll be given one of these rooms with a fold up single bed for the little one.
