Bit rough, old and smelly I'm afraid. Had to book a room here for a friend as we were at the hotel next door that was fully booked and the price wasn't that much more. Sorry to say.
Good staff however facilities are a bit dated in comparison to other places. Very comfy beds though and good views of Brayford pool
Relatively new hotel. Nice location by the water side. Off season so not many people about. Room was clean and fresh. Few faults presumably on snagging list.As seems to be the way with holiday inn. Lacking in alcohol free beer at the bar. Breakfast was the usual self serve affair but it was nice to have a lot of coffee.
Great location, clean tidy modern rooms. Plenty of parking behind the hotel. Loads of eating places just a few metres away.
Good central location, easy to find, parking on site. Nice location on the wharf. Lots to eat and drink nearby. A nicer Holiday Inn.
