Lovely old building which could do with a bit of TLC but very comfortable and clean and ideal for central Lincoln. In area overlooking the city. Good price and delicious breakfast included
Amazing little find , everything about it is perfect lovely owners make you feel at home , rooms are amazing we had room 2 it was gorgeous with the most comfiests bed ever very well decorated an spotless ..breakfast was amazing never had a breakfast omelette that is so nice so much choice ...we will be back next year xxxx
Got a warm welcome on arrival and departure, room was big over looking the the gardens, plenty to chose from on the breakfast menu, I had full English my husband had a mushroom omelette which he enjoyed too. It is in a nice quite area a 10 minute walk from the Cathedral, Shop Etc.The only down side is the cleanliness of the place the decor could do with some attention too, in the information booklet in the room it states that the restaurant takes it's last order at 7.45 to be told it closed 4 years ago, that needs up dating. 7/10

We stayed here for two weeks and had excellent service and amazing food every day we were here. The rooms are clean and warm and the beds comfortable, exactly what we needed after long days. I spent a lot of quiet time reading in the garden and a short walk out of the garden takes you straight into the beautiful Lincoln Arboretum where you can wander and feed the ducks. The main restaurant and bar area was well lit and comfortable in the evening and breakfast in a smaller dining room was always perfect, food in the dining room was superb, well presented as well as extremely tasty, my husband and sons thoroughly enjoyed their meals and my vegetarian options were a delight.
