The place including the room was nice bright and clean, the breakfasts were beautifully cooked,new t time we visit it Lincoln we will book there . definitely value for money.
Spotlessly clean, beautiful room, looking forward to breakfast. Very close to all the major places to visit makes it easy for walking. Owner very nice and was important to him that we were comfortable.Breakfast was brilliant the staff could not do enough for you. Good was excellent. Will differently go again

Perfect stay in Lincoln. We booked the family room and the kids loved it. It was quiet at night and just a short walk from town. There is limited parking and we got a space, but otherwise would be fine as there's loads on the roads around.Breakfast was great, coffee really good and the staff were so nice, it really was a great start to the day! Room obviously clean and well decorated.Will definitely book again and recommended to friends and family.
