Our booking was made by a third party and there was an issue with the payment. The staff were excellent, took us at our word and afforded us every facility. The matter was resolved the next morning with the minimum of fuss. The conference facilities are excellent and the staff look after you throughout the day, thanks Chris. The rooms are a good size and beds very comfy, and the cookies are to die for!
Love it!! Smooth check in and clean decor. Suite overlooking the water, just lush. Two sofa beds in the living room and a massive (by UK standards) masterbed. Super spacious bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower enclosure. Centrally located, a short walk anywhere, including the University for tomorrow's Graduation .
The hotel is very good located in Lincoln. During breakfast you have nice views on the cathedral. There is small gym, equipped with everything you need to do some workouts. The service is friendly. The rooms are not huge, but comfortable.
Blimey where do i start. Regrettably i am a Hilton Honors member and use this hotel and others regularly. Treated my wife to a night in a suite 2 weeks ago. All sorts of problems with the room, overcharged in the restaurant and communal areas were cold and dirty. Emailed the general manager (JP) twice, no response. Asked 2 ladies separately on reception to get him contact me - still no response. Emailed Hilton Guest Services and got generic replies full of waffle. I have now made 7 requests for a senior manager to contact me - guess what - still no response. Shame on you Hilton.
We recently held our a company charity ball at this hotel and the events team, catering and customer service was all excellent. Very helpful, attentive and creative in terms of what could be on offer and also the food and service was delicious.and to a very high standard. Accommodation check in procedure for our guests was easy and helpful. Would recommend this hotel fully.
