Friendly helpful staff kids love going great exercise & fun for them would recommend
Function is a fantastic place to train, the staff are very welcoming and the instructors are friendly and approachable.I always feel as though I have had a really good work out when I leave and that I have learned somthing new. The other members of the gym are great everyone is very friendly and there are no big egos.
My son started here 4 months ago. The guys have really taken him under their wing and have nurtured him and are building his confidence and self esteem each week. The people are fantastic and so friendly. The training is done in a very professional, safe and appropriate manner. Good facilities. I like the fact that when it comes to training nights, my son is excited and has something to focus on. Thank you.
Sessions are taught in a fun way, and I had an overall really nice experience with them :) The staff are great and aren't intimidating like some others may be and are always able to have a joke, whilst also keeping things disciplined. Only problems are a little pricey and the floor STINKS of feet and mouldy socks :')
Matt's teaching has given me the confidence, focus and self discipline to start up 2 business ventures. Matt goes above and beyond expectations, helping with goal setting in exercise/ diet and finds the time to teach important life lessons. Function First is a friendly, safe family environment, helping develop mentally and physically strong people on and off the mats. I can't recommend them highly enough.
