Very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great gym for women only and no feeling intimidated. This will be the one gym I actually stick with, love the 30 min workout, perfect.
Good golly miss molly this place gets my butt of the sofa helps lift my mood and best bit lose inches of my ugly bits so I rate the place and the staff are lovely. God bless them all.
