If you are into weight lifting, it is very basic and poor.
A large and good quality sports centre, and I love the group exercise classes.
Really friendly and helpful staff. The gym is quite small but has all of the equipment you need including a weight training area. It's usually pretty quiet in the morning and gets busy around 7pm onwards. I love this gym because it's convenient and I think quite cheap for what you get. I've spent many hours here and wouldn't change for anywhere else!
