Awesome gym. Great coaches. If your curious, try it- you wont regret it! Some people think you have to be fit before you even think about doing Crossfit but at LN the coaches will scale everything to your abilities. Definitely Lincolns friendliest and most inclusive gym. Most of the members will come say hi! and introduce themselves and Ive made some friends for life at the box!
