Booked a badminton court here. Price was good, and we were able to run over our time slot slightly to finish the game we were on. But floor is quite slippy which is fine for casual players, but not competitive

Always something broken or not working. Floor in the pool area is ridiculously slippery. No direct access to pool area you have to go back out of the changing room in your bare feet to walk down a corridor where crowds of people walk in their shoes. Music in gym is rave loudness and I paid for a membership I could never use because they refused to offer a quieter gym time. No Equalities Act provision and of course, I didn't get a refund either.
Staff are friendly and approachable. They have different different schedule for gym classes which are really good. Lunch time classes are fun too.
