Friendly staff very good furniture
To be perfectly honest I would give no stars considering how my elderly father was treated by some of the staff in this store. Patronising bullies and their supposed customer service is just as bad. Beware people, apparently if you want a dark grey sofa you need to order black. So what do you do if you want a black sofa? hmm. Ordered dark grey, received brown and it appears when they visited my father to apparently put this right they omitted the dark grey from the swatch. Shocking individuals
Lincoln shop customer service poor and the bed we bought had lots of problems we had 2complete beds and4bases still not right draw bottom now fallen out but not prepared to sort out this all happened within 6 months of purchase. Not even worthy of one
Was in the process of moving house so literally went in every furniture store we could find looking for ideas. Although visiting this retail park quite often, this was the first time we had been in here. This store had a wide range of products compared to others and the prices were also extremely competitive.
Helpful staff in a large store with plenty of goods to look at and try out.
