The wardrobe ARTI 2 and IDEA chest of drawers we bought were a fantastic price, great quality of the furniture. Putting a flat-pack item together is always a challenge, but we found the instructions simple to follow, as they are in picture format, but we did need a good couple of hours to do it! Beware! We had a grey bunk bed with trundle delivered last week & it had significant damage to the paint work on both sides where it had been stuck together when packaged. After informing Arthauss of this they sent me a plastic bottle of paint to "touch-up" myself. I suggested that I should be entitled to a discount as damaged goods and they offered me a paltry 30. I note that at the time they offered this discount, the bed was on offer with 5% off anyway! They told me that if I didn't want the money they would pick up the bed which I felt was akin to blackmail.The bed took me 6 hours + to build and even with the paint the finish is ruined. Additionally, when we purchased the bed we were told that Arthauss offered a service for 50 to have it assembled by an expert in our home. When I called to book this later I was told that this service is no longer available. Very disappointed & unhappy with the product and aftercare. Will not be purchasing from Arthauss again.
One of the most amazing service ever.All the ladies are absolutely brilliant and helpful. Only the man who delivered my wardrobe after 5am was rude and angry for no reason. He was forcing me to sign that everything was great without checking the product and started talking badly about his co-workers.Wardrobe amazing too :) thank you so much :)
