Found Claytons whilst looking for a G-Plan sofa for our daughter. Not only were they unbeatable on price but the service we received was outstanding. This is a family business that obviously believes in old fashioned quality service. Only sorry that we had not discovered them sooner.
Friendly staff and good quality carpets. They have fitted the wrong carpet on two occasions though but no problems in getting it sorted both times....in fact the first time they fitted a more expensive carpet than what we had paid for! They are still the first place we go to when we need carpets due to far worse experiences at other carpet retailers in Lincoln.
