Had a 3 and 2 seater sofas delivered today. One guy fitted 7 of 8 feet no problem the other manged get one stuck half on which then wouldn't tighten and couldn't be removed as the retaining nut had sheared off inside. So out comes the knife and my brand new sofa has the lining cut. 35 minutes later a new nut had been bodged on and the lining stapled up leaving the sofa looking like doctor frankenstein had been at it. Phoned to complain and it's perfectly normal! These break all the time and the delivery men have to do repairs. If DFS know there is a common fault do something about it don't sell sub standard products at premium prices. I'll never buy from them again.
