OK shop, staff nice and pleasant ended up buying elsewhere as I got same quality but at a better price

Had to return an eve mattress as it is much firmer than the one we tried in the shop. Hopefully the new one will be better excellent customer service
Bought a lovely bed from here until After a year of sleeping on it , the bed frame broke. When I looked underneath the frame was made out of a cheep frame work underneath . Went back to the shop and told them and they said we can't change it. You would need to get in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer said it's down to the shop . I got no where. My hubby ended up fixing the bed . Would never ever buy another bed from this shop . Lovely bed with a cheep framework that doesn't last longer than a year!!!!!!!
