Nigel was amazing! So patient and knowledgable, he really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find my perfect car. He was working hard to ensure I got the best price possible for my old car which I was wanting to part exchange, as well as the best price for my new car. He rang me as promised the next day asking how I was getting on and if I had anymore questions- very good customer service. He also told me I had paid 10 more tax for the year than needed so when I took my spare key and log book in for my old car, they put 20 diesel in my new car for the inconvenience. I am taking my car back to get the alloy wheels repaired as previous owner (discussed at time of purchase) and Volvo will provide me with a curtesy car while that is being resolved- Nigel even rang me to confirm I am happy with a time and date to bring it in. Couldnt speak highly enough of the members of staff being so friendly and inviting who all seem so polite and chatty whenever you visit in store- would highly recommend!
Nigel was fantastic. He wasn't a pushy salesman at all, and he carefully and slowly explained everything about the policy I was taking on.. Overall a great experience buying my second ever car, I would highly recommend!

I enjoyed my time visiting here. As you can imagine a salesman that was there for a week when he spoke to us, he was knowledgeable even with his small amount of experience at the dealership. The staff were friendly, and open minded when it came to talking about the vehicles that would suit our lifestyle, and what spec would be the most beneficial to us. I appreciate that true respect they gave us as customers, when we change our car in April. We hope to visit you and look at the Volvo XC40.
