Really friendly and relaxed service, no pressure sell and everything explained to me in detail. Brett really helpful in arranging finance and sorting out everything. this is the second car i have purchased in six months from Nigel and Jed who were very knowledgeable and assisted me with all my many queries. excellent handover by Nigel who personally showed me how all the equipment worked. would thoroughly recommend this dealership and will be back again
Bought a second hand Ford fromThis garage. Excellent car however less than impressive after care. V5 forThe vehicle not available to see on the day of purchase.. locked in admin office.. again our decision to go ahead and purchase the car without this however after 3 weeks of chasing this important paperwork.. the document has now been lost?! Or as we have been told on the phone it may have been lost in the first instance not locked in the admin office.. I feel full honesty is necessary from a apparently reputable stoneacre garage. Also felt second hand service as we were not purchasing a new car. Would defiantly not recommend this garage. And will avoid in future. Poor communication and clearly not interested in ensuring customer satisfaction
Just picked up an XC40 from Stoneacre Volvo. Excellent, friendly and efficient staff. From ordering to pick up of the car, Jed Tribe was great. Kept up to date throughout the process. Picked up from the train station and then looked after by Lauren, who showed us around the car, explaining everything about it. All the staff we met were very friendly. Would definitely recommend and would certainly use again. Thank you very much.
