What ever you do keep well clear from this garage . I am 51 now and over the years have purchased many cars from different garages but this one comes out on top has the worst . I will tell you why I saw a car on there web page that I thought this is very good value it had listed extras it did list a navigation in the car . I spoke to the garage a few times there don't phone back . but we decided to place a 100 deposit and drive down just to look at the car which was over 70 miles drive one way . and before I went I booked a one way train ticket which cost me and the fuel it cost me to drive down which was around 40 total . we got to the garage saw the sale person who looks at us like we was from a other planet .we sat in the car for the test drive he did not place paper on the floor there was mud every where .this car was new 17 miles on the clock .he did not talk on the test drive . I said where is the nav in the car he said it has not got one I told him this car was advertied has having this . I told him to look on his computer which we sat there he was acting like he did not know how to bring it up on the computer he said I have no paper work to tell me the list of options. which I know all cars have this I said has there is no navigation can we have discount he went away for around half hour and came back and said no . which we was unhappy because there was listing this car with something it has not got. I told him can we have are deposit back which at first he said I don't know about that but in the end we waited and got this back . this cost me 40 in total and a waste of time . this garage is very poor service and I would say to people do not at any cost buy from them .I am sure the manager will say I will look into this that is rubbish . there need to get there act together and this manager thank you.
Had a brake sensor fitted here on my Mitsubishi charged me hundreds of pounds for it . When the part only cost 25.00. Because of this place I've sold my Mitsubishi!!!! I would never buy a Mitsubishi again because I can't trust this garage. They are ripping people off !!!!!!Go to Mr Tyre round the corner they don't rip you off. And only replace what needs to be replaced!!!!
