Sold my car here having booked online via the Sell Your Car team. It was easy to use, and I was happy with the quote. Worth noting that Car Store don't charge any admin fees. I was greeted by the friendly James Allinson and was immediately offered a drink. We went through a bit of paperwork, then the appraisal was started. The paperwork then goes off to head office who then come back with their valuation based on the cars condition. I expected the actual offer to be slightly below the online quote which it was. James explained each item that affected the value and the offer was still competitive. As I was happy to proceed we finished the paperwork and completed the sale in about an hour. Cash in the bank the next day as it was Sunday when we visited. Overall a great, easy, professional way to sell your car without the hassle of privately doing so. Just be prepared to sit around for a little while, as price and paperwork all need to be processed. Would recommend and use again.
We were looked after by Monica. Very pleasant and couldnt have helped more. She did everything she could so I could drive away the same day.
