I dropped in unannounced at around 18:30ish thinking I'll just have a quick look then leave ,the late duty sales executive Phil couldn't have helped me more he got the keys to the vehicle of interest and showed me all the gizmos and gadgets ran through the process in a very professional manner given the time of night I was most impressed so much so that he may have a sale on the strength of this.
Purchased a Mazda2 from here in March 2017. That was an easy and unhurried process (thanks to Doug). Since then, the car has been serviced twice (including work carried out under warranty). Interaction and communication has been excellent and the service I've received has been consistent throughout. Many thanks to Ash for his help as well.25/01/19Just had the front brake pads checked following an advisory comment at the last service.No action was required. As usual, first class service from all at Mazda Lincoln.Thanks again.
Although we were only buying a used car the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly ,we received a first class service by a very competent staff and would recommend Pentagon Lincoln to family and friends
Second Jeep service here. First was so good I drove 50 miles for the second. Service was again fine BUT I then needed a new battery and they tried to tell me it was some special thing that is on order and may take 3 days at a cost of 750!!!!!! yes, for a battery. Contacted Kwik Fit and they had me a choice of two and it was fitted in one hour for 130.
Bought my car from Pentagon last year and was very impressed. Obviously a potential buyer is always treated very well but I have continued to appreciate their approach and customer service. Needed new headlight; they were fully booked but slotted me in as it was something "serious". Had only an hour's wait and all that was required was a new bulb. Highly recommended!
