Think the salesman are very judgemental have visited 3 times recently and each time treated like we cant afford a car and its too much trouble to serve us ! Bearing in mind our last car was bought here only a year ago! Took my son today and same experience - very unfair and leaves an unpleasant feeling Completely opposite experience at the Land Rover garage .....

Exceptional customer service. Got there early to be welcomed in taken to comfy leather seats given a nice coffee. Matt from Mercades Lincoln came sat with us and said they'd take our car straight in(early). Sat waiting in comfy area we were then told our car was ready all clean inside and out.
