Great cars but could only see diesel yetti's and I want second hand petrol. I'm sure they will be able to help when I call next time. Getting older so I need higher seating and reasonable leg room.
One of the 2 Directors was rude and aggressive with me after I queried a bill for repair work to my Citigo. It was some of the worst Customer Service I have experienced at any car dealership. I would definitely not recommend.
Visited this place recently and after overhearing the way management deal and speak to their own staff I am surprised that they even have a business still running. Especially as they promote themselves as family run. Laughable.
I would not recommend Horton Skoda because although their prices and vehicles are good, the overall customer service has been mediocre at best. Basic mistake made with the paperwork - car registered in wrong name. Still waiting for this to be resolved. You have to do all the chasing by phone. They don't reply to emails. Internal systems need a significant improvement.
