Bought my first car from these guys, I was looked after by James and Scott. I now have a 68 plate new Ford Fiesta, from the momement I stepped into the office they went through everything with me in detail so I knew what I was buying and Scott gave me all the finance options he could, and picking up the car James went through the car in detail with me. Having bought my car from them last year I wasnt sure if I was going to return for my annual service, but I most certainly will in future. Fast and efficient, even hand washed my car for me. Lots of smiley faces as you walk around the dealership, which shows it must be a great place to work. 10/10 today!
I had an issue with the software of my new car. I only popped in to ask to make an appointment to get it sorted. Without hesitation someone came out to my car and dealt with the problem then & there. The service was second to none. Thank you.
General service great. Arranged to collect the car on a set day and was there and ready apart from a couple of details. What made the whole purchase easy was the sales staff (Ayesha); she was a fantastic young lady who went out of her way to help me and ensure the process went well, once purchased she kept me up to date with outstanding details!
