My daughter had an appointment last night, she's 14 years old. Went and waited to then be told that the dentist was refusing to see her as apparently she's not a registered patient. She is. They also turned away 3 other people that had appointments booked, because the other dentist decides she wasn't seeing any patients after 3.30. Avoid.
Excellent dentist ... I was a nervous patient and I'm more relaxed now so friendly would definitely recommend so pleased with all my treatments great staff
Awful experience. As a medical professional I was saddened and angry at my experience. Dentist did not listen to patient. Repeated the same failed care time and again, rather than fixing the problem he put repetitive temporary fillings over the tooth to allow a dying nerve to become more inflamed and painful to the extent of 2 nights of no sleep. Pain killers do not treat nerve pain and neural pain is debilitating. To leave me with a metal filling touching and agruvating a nerve for over 3 months is not acceptable and is in fact negligent. Avoid at all costs.
I'm very used to these folks now. I went in needing a good amount of work and they've been friendly, never made me feel self-conscious, and were supportive, honest, and professional from the work to the bill. I totally recommend them.
First went in 6 months ago under an emergency appointment and very nervous. The Dentist was amazing and put me at ease. Just been back as my tooth has cracked and received amazing care. Thank you.Just been back to see the dentist again and had a tooth extraction. Amazing, two injections and no pain. Really can't thank them enough, Dentist and assistant were so good, if I ever need to see another Dentist I hope I can her again. Thank you
