Always received excellent care here & treated courteously. My children have both had braces & now how lovely straight teeth.

I would not recommend this dentist to anyone! do not waste your time like i did! all staff were rude. I got seen half a hour late. when I got in there the man in the flower top was so so rude and arrogant. he did not even measure my teeth. he said I do not qualify for braces and goodbye. I sat there for a few seconds before I explained my problems and he didn't want to hear it and he said if I do get pain to take paracetamol like everyone else does, so I went back to my dentist where i live and they was absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated and they sent me to Lincoln orthadontics (one behind the big tesco) where they said they was happy i came because I would have had so many problems in the future if I didn't have braces and they are so lovley.

Broke my bracket Saturday evening, now 2 days later and I still can't get seen. No helpful information on getting an emergency appointment. No times to call to get one on their website and the google information of this practice is not updated. Because of this I have a gap reopened now and will have to wait longer to get them off most likely. Not including the pain I get every time I eat, because of the loose bracket irritating my gums, that they can't take five minutes to stick back on. 'Only take calls to book in emergency appointments from 8AM.' When it states that they aren't even open until 9AM and doesn't say anything about actually being open at 8 to take calls. I was supposed to get them off in a couple weeks time, however that probably isn't the case any more. Their information needs to be updated and more available. So that in the future, people are actually able to get seen and not turned away several times.
