After speaking with the business owner (Paul) I can honestly say that I am incredibly impressed and grateful. The car has been sorted and the issues have been put right. A very fair man and after our chat I will be going back in there with mine and the wife's cars.After the initial disappointment I can hand on heart say my faith has been restored in Paul and PK Automotive.
Well I decided after hearing nothing but good reviews on this garage I would Intrust with them my new purchase. A nice little Renault which I bought knowing it needed for my piece of mind a timing belt kit, water pump and all the rest. From the first port of call to inquire about the job to getting it booked in, it was all done with confidence they obviously knew the job I was asking about and that made me feel at ease. I got their on the day to meet two guys who knew all about the job and why I was there. I got shown to the office/reception and filled in the necessary paperwork. I left in all honesty feeling nervous as I dont like leaving my cars or bikes anywhere. At the arranged time I had been told it would be ready (or just before) I got a call to say it was ready to come and pick up. I got up their in record time to pick her up and even though it was an old car I found it still had a protective cover on the steering wheel a floor mat over mine and of course a seat cover. The car had been left in a tip top condition not one oily fingerprint anywhere ( I looked ) I paid the bill which was the exact price I had been quoted (I hate surprises) and left a very happy lad. Big thanks to the team at Pk I will be back for sure.
