He kept me aware of the current status of the Jeep whilst I arranged to travel the 200 mile round trip to view the car. Rob identified the areas that needed some attention, plus even arranged to send a short video of these areas. This helped with making the decision to view or not. Upon viewing the car, which had been presented very well, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. We left the deposit and Rob confirmed the vehicle would be ready in 7-10 working days. He kept us aware of the status again and some additional work they were going to carry out at their expense, which was pleasing to hear. I've been using these guys for a few years now and can't speak highly enough of them. Always 1st class customer service and quality of work. Rang them on Saturday an hour before they closed when the brakes went on my car and they managed to get my car in, a courtesy car arranged for the weekend and I had my car back by Monday afternoon. Can't argue with that really!I particularly like the video they send of the work that needs doing prior to any work being done, I'm no mechanic but it shows their transparency and honesty.
