I dropped my van in to have some repairs made for minor damage to the back after a reversing mishap. Over 2 weeks later I phoned for an update and was told it would be another week. The attitude of the representative on the phone was uncaring at best. 3 weeks for a job that should have been no more than 2 or 3 days at a stretch is not acceptable. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for any repairs as the service from Bowmans is shambolic. Furthermore, I believe that the positive reviews on Google are in fact fake!
Van went in for repairs to be completed within the week - went to collect on the Monday after and it was not ready so we had to hire a van for the week. We asked for the hire of the van to be deducted but was refused, asked for a copy of their complaints procedure, but we were told we would get it in 'due course'. Not recommended and we wont be using again.
