Absolutely Poor Service !! I've been waiting months for Enterprise to get there act together and match payments correctly. I've emailed numerous times so I can make payment for invoices going back to march. . !!!! All I want is for enterprise to match my last payment correctly as per the remittance I have sent to three different employees at the firm. Ive emailed so many times chasing them up. They dont seem bothered to get paid. Which is fine by me !!I rate these guys one star for customer service!

Great service, they really go a nice and beyond to help you. The car was in great condition and the price was very reasonable. I used them via the AA which may effect this. But all the same I will definitely use them again
