Booked through the call centre and went through everything with the call centre and then the office require more than what the call centre said I would need
Wouldn't rent from them. They say you can have a car then they do a credit check on you. Even if you have good credit they still say no.
Fantastic service, particularly by Jess and Kelly on the front desk who were unbelievably helpful, especially considering that rental can be quite complicated. Hiring with enterprise was easy and simple and they explained everything in a particularly easy to understand way. It's a nice new branch, easily accessible from the main road. It's not far from several main routes in and out of Lincoln.
