NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR BUT IT WONT LET ME LEAVE IT EMPTY Disgusting company NOT PROFESSIONAL IN THE LEAST , female on reception has the worst attitude I have ever seen when hiring a van. Never told me until after I had hired that there is NO unlimited miles and that even though on their website on their drop down box it quotes 11am until 11am , BUT you have to have your car back for 8 am NOT 11am so your are not hiring for the full time .Most companies charge you for when you pick up your car on the day NOT from when they open.If your not needing it until 11am whey should you have to pick it up at 8am.8p A MILE FOR MILES OVER 100 A DAY AND ONLY 1000 A WEEK Sounds a lot but if you have to do a few trips pay the extra and hire a larger vehicle as THEY WILL sting you and charge you .Better to use a company that has unlimited miles.VERY STRICT RULES on hiring and taking back no flexibility unless you pay for it and both receptionist and manager are so rude .When I complained about having to have their van back at 8am not 11 as I had to go to the skip that didn't open till 9am he said that's tuff not his problem we want it back first thing and he did not care that I was going to complain to his head office, in fact he just laughed at me.The van heater was broken and was in poor condition inside causing damage to my furniture In conclusion if you hire from this company make sure you are waiting at 8am outside or you wont get your full hire quota even though online their drop down box states that if you pick up at 11am and drop off at11am that is a days hire.My advice go elsewhere where the staff are more friendlier and treat customers with respect .This hire company in Lincoln is a disgrace to ready rent a car!Caroline Weir
