Very expensive. Due to incompetent vets we lost one cat (virus affected liver). Staff is trying to offer expensive treatments / tests all the time, even when you are deciding to do them they are not proposing proper treatment.I changed surgery recently - best decision ever. For Vets4pets everything was OK with my cat eye - after consultation with another vet looks like it is serious virus. I'm not recommending this place! The best what you can do for your pet is avoid this over expensive place! (edit to answer pets4vets: pets were registered on my partner surname - Rocky / Adi. We lost Rock - all the time your staff were saying that everything is fine with him. Our another cat almost lost eye - again yours vets were saying that all is OK, or we need to do expensive analysis... Different vet put diagnosis in 20min, cat get some drops and no issues since then... I'm not saying that you are bad all the time, but my experience with you is below standards.
Our experience with this veterinary practices for our puppy led to us seeking alternative vets. Felt the professional knowledge and experience was lacking at vets4pets, and the communication was poor, left feeling let down and with no confidence in this company. Disappointing.
We had been with this Vets4Pets for over 2 years now but after an appointment booked on the 29th for my dogs nail as it had split, i will never go back to the Lincoln branch. I was in and out of the appointment in under 4 minutes (the appointment cost me 30) being told it had already started to heal and give it some time, a week on it looked worse, i rang explaining i wasn't happy with the first opinion and wanted a second opinion and was told " that's no problem but you will still have to pay another 30" !!!!!! So after back and forth phone calls and being told "sometimes appointments are rushed due to emergency surgery" well I'm sorry but if the practice was busy i should have been told on the phone and should have been booked in for the next day. When my partner rang up he was scoffed at by the Manager when asked to email a contact at head office so he could make a complaint. We will now always advise people to look at other vet practices as this one clearly values PROFIT OVER THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO THE PETS IN THEIR CARE. Absolutely disgusted.(Attached is the picture of my dogs nail) that "was already going through the healing process" absolute bull, take your pets somewhere where they care for your pet and not the profit. As you can see there is dried blood and swollen skin, Lilo now hasn't been walked for a week out of fear of infection.
Looks very modern and prices seem ok, but I couldn't get an appointment for 2 days when dog was poorly! Not good enough. We'd switched there because of ease of parking, but have gone back to original vet where same day appt is guaranteed.
It didn't happen to me. But when I went there today, I saw a lady who was poorly treated and ended up in tears due to the length of time she had to wait and all the staff just ignored her. They offered no apology or assistance. Her dog was nervous the whole time and obviously found the situation very stressful(poor doggy). I didn't find the vet very friendly either. I don't think I'll go back there again.
