Most of my experience was with the staff from VetsNow that operate as the late night emergency service from Park View -- that left much to be desired, so I am going to focus on the day time staff.My dog passed away late at night and she was kept there until I made the appropriate arrangements. I called in about 2 times and the staff were very lovely, sympathetic and had all the answers to my questions.
