We had to take are lovely Dalmatian Geordie to the out of hours clinic and the quality of the service was second to none .It was a very sad time for us as we had to have our beautiful boy put to sleep . The vet and the nurse were amazing and so lovely with my boy and myself .There kind support helped so much at that awful time . They took care of everything but also kept me informed step by step of the way . Just over a week later we received a call and our boys ashes were ready to collect . Excellent service yet again so sympathetic and heartfelt . You really need lovely people like this when it comes to the end of your beloved pets life . We can't thank you enough.
We cant thank the vet and nurse who looked after our dog Hamish enough. They were very compassionate at what was a very difficult time for us. They helped us to make an extremely hard decision and we know it was the right thing to do.
Absolutely amazing place. Cannot fault them at all. The staff deserve so much praise, from the girls ok reception, to the nurses and the vetinary surgeons. You are all a credit to the company. Thank you for taking the time to look after us and explaining everything in a lovely and calm manner. We've seen you twice with our boy at the moment and also on the past and every time you have been superb! Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to everyone there!
We took our dog to out of hours as he turned poorly and couldn't move very well. it was suspected he had ingested something toxic. despite this we were left from 11pm until 1am to be seen. there were a couple of other people in the vets and yet they didn't seem to interact caringly with any of the animals. they didn't look at him when we first went in and just left us sat there despite him laid out crying. when they called us through they literally just pointed didn't even use our names or our boys. she wasn't interested in making him feel settled and barely spoke to him. we paid nearly 280 for her the listen to his heart and look at his gums and tell us something was clearly bothering him..... that was it we were sent home and I took him to our own vets in the morning. I paid 56 at my own vets 4 pets the next day for him to be fully checked by loving staff and for medication for his pain. I think for the money they charged they were very uncaring, uninterested and they didn't check him properly he had to suffer an extra night of pain for 280 until our vets were open the next day to give him the help he needed and deserved. I will not be taking my boy back here again.
Very professional and helpful. Sadly my beloved dogs heart began to fail due to cancer. The vet explained in detail what was happening and then allowed me to wait until my husband and other dog arrived before saying goodbye. This was such an important time for me and they were very kind and patient.
