Receptionists attitude was discuisting and extremely degrading. Not only to myself but also to another customer who she spoke to like a child. I will be finding another doctors to go to.
Never had any problems. Staff are polite and helpful and Ive always been seen soon after arrival. Now that Im registered online its even easier to book repeat prescriptions and have them sent straight to the pharmacist of my choice.The triage calls are time saving and ideal if you need a quick chat rather than a full trip to the doctor.I do wish I could get test results online too though and see my own medical history.
rude staff and not even bothered about patient's well being. horrible and dont even deserve a single star.
I've found the reception staff to be direct and efficient whilst doctors show consideration and understanding.
Very rude reception staff depending on who is on at the time. The one we spoke to kept telling us with a snotty attitude that prescriptions can only be brought in 48 hours before they are due. That's great and all but what about those who work through out the week I said....she just gave another snotty response.PS. Getting through on the phone is next to impossible.
