Staff are very friendly and helpful.
I love this practice!Specific doctors are amazing and go out there way to help you with your problem.. I.e Dr Gough, Dr Mark.Recently seen Dr Williams who turned out to also be very approachable!I can easily get an appointment on the day if I were to ring between 8-8.30 am but if needed to see a particular doctor, maybe that be more difficult though I havent found a problem!Reception are fab... very friendly and try their best!Dr Gough has been outstanding for me and my health issues!Great surgery!
If you like the idea of robotic doctors, never receiving your vital medications on time, reception staff that don't have the energyener you and and an overall exhausting, terrible service, then sure, sign up here.Don't get me wrong, some of the staff are great but when you are running a GP service you all have to be writing on the same page. This doesn't happen here which ruins it for everyone else. If you have long term health conditions or suffer from mental health issues and require more than one GP appointment a year or rely on your GP to help you live your life to the best with your health, I urge you to look elsewhere.
Staff are always friendly. Absolute nightmare to get an appointment for a non emergency but the staff are helpful and if it is an emergency you can be seen the same day. NHS cuts aren't a good thing people!
