An absolute pain of a car park. Most of the pay machines are covered with bags meaning we had to go up and down hunting for one that worked only to discover that neither of those could take card payments. In the end we had to download an app and pay online. Problem with that is not everyone has a mobile capable of this or roaming data. The app takes ages to download. If it were a new problem Id understand but this has been going on for months. They take in the cash providing minimum service, spaces so narrow your then can barely get out of your vehicle and they dont even repair the machines. If there were alternative choices of places to park this one would not get our money.
Stairs and lift stink of urine ... no excuse for staff not to throw a bit of bleach and water on floor in morning... entrance to stairs / Lift used as a public toilet .... lift jumps about like on elastic and makes loud noises... plenty of room on up and down ramps but exit to road for car is tight and difficult to exit with delivery drivers and taxis parked either side of road ... paid for parking using app and price for 24hr parking was 8 ... smell let the place down
