Its a functioning car park that is used for the temporary self-service storage of cars. Every time I have visited, my car has been successfully and satisfactorily stored for a pre-determined period of time for a scaleable, moderate charge, hence the 5 star rating.
Excellent car park in the centre of Lincoln. Reasonably priced and easy access both by car or on foot.
Excellent car park. Parking spaces have plenty of room, with plenty of space in between spaces. Each level tells you exactly how many spots are available, and it utilises a system where you receive a coin upon entry, and then upon returning to the car park you deposit the coin into a machine and pay the price accordingly for your length of stay. It also offers contactless payment, which is very handy since in this day and age not many people carry physical money anymore.
Not happy as was accused of losing the token and had to pay 10 quid to get out the car park...when I had already paid by card....it cost me 13.50 to park for 3 hours! The token just didn't come back out!! But I was accused of lying!! Fuming!Bloke came and checked machine and transactions apparently showed nothing!!! But happily took my money....contacted LCC parking 3 times now....no reply and no one will answer the phone at the car park.....such a shame as used it before and was so convenient.
