Didnt get the delivery as apparently we didnt specify that the driver needed to ring the buzzer at the gate so they threw the food away, over 100 worth of food. Never heard anything more ridiculous or unprofessional
Ordered via just eat, got a phone call 20 minutes later (from just eat) saying my order had been cancelled because 'you're too far away' even though I'm much closer than other villages they stated they deliver to. Didn't even bother to ring me themselves! You can guarantee you'll never get my custom again
