Ordered a King Prawn Chow Mien, they gave me rice and it came late. Won't use again
Placed order at 17.15 told me food wood be with me at 18.20 I phoned within 10 minutes and told my food was on way I said it was to early i was told to late it's on its way arrived at 17.40 half of the food was cold not impressed with great wall and just eat
Not sure what the Chicken Chow Mein was some dark coloured noodles with meat that was more like Pork than chicken. Chips barely coloured, Chicken Curry Egg fried Rice just poor. Reciept doesnt even come in English and Driver has no idea what he is delivering. First time have used Giles chinese in years and only because Nettleham Fields Wing Wah does not deliver. Lesson again learned do not order from St ' Giles Chinese Great Wall.
Best Chinese I have ever had
Been using The Great Wall for over 15 years and order 4 -5 times a month and never had a bad experience food is always well cooked and hot when it reaches you. Delivery Drivers are polite and are happy to talk to u prices are very good compared to other places local. Delivery can be as quick as 20 mins and not usally over 45 mins will carry on using them too. They even know who we are when we ring and know our usual order off by heart. Excellent service
