I used Louise Taylor from the family department and she was useless for no legal reason possible I've never seen my kids again don't be so stupid as to trust these solicitors 12 years on I'm still trying to get justice for their failings. when i made a complaint to them they made it quite clear they were not bothered, the second person i wouldn't use is Gordon Holt hes a very sly character. They are a bunch of criminals that do deals with your opponent. Don't find out the hard way go another solicitors. If you want to know the full story search my name on Google. But they keep applying to Google to have the story removed despite denying they did nothing wrong. Surely if you did nothing wrong you wouldn't mind the public seeing the facts to your actions. But that alone tells the truth.I would say this firm is useless but their not even close to that good. Having pointed out to their complaints department I was swiftly told to shut it and sod off basically. That's family law at its best. NotYou'll notice on Their reviews they apologise for any failings. But not not in my case no response that should confirm to. You all that they acted purposely. I should add that I was threatened with legal proceedings if I made this public. It's public so crack on.What you need to remember the solicitors, prosecution, the judges they work together it's not that hard to manipulate a case. I'm walking proof none of my case had the outcome the law dictates. These are malicious criminals posing as solicitors.As for Andy Clark he's not a real customer Neither is his review it's a damage limitation exercise by the company to fool you all. Ignore the response people I did complain and was told tuff. It's taken them 9 years to respond because I made it public it's called damage limitation. Too cool you all. 2.7 is the lowest scoring solicitors on Google in Lincoln. Are you sure you want to use these. Google reviews tell you exactly how good a firm is..Having now had a response below from Lorna you may think they care, This is for the viewers of my review you see below is a picture of the response i received after i already made the complaint, my review of this firm is well known and has now impacted the company so their trying to create the illusion that makes you believe they are concerned. this is a new tactic. Basically it says tuff.. once again they had the picture of the response to my complaint removed they don't want anyone to see the truth.
As a complete contrast to the previous review which appears to be more of an embittered rant, Louise Chapman dealt with my extremely complex and unusual divorce settlement and I found her to be absolutely first class. She was very thorough in every way and I found her to be entirely ethical, even when a point in question wasnt necessarily in my favour. What I wanted in a solicitor was a very knowledgeable, dedicated and clear communicator who I felt I could trust completely. Thats exactly what I got from Louise Taylor, and I would engage her again without question.
