Shocking ...pay pay pay for work done never received copies for work I had paid for. When asked for what it was I was paying for it took ages to get documents - never contacted me unless I rang myself trying to chase it up. The only letters I received were that their hourly rate was increasing! Absolute joke if you need a harrasment case dealing with go elsewhere. Its all about the money and then all you get is a laid back reaction. Will never use themagain changed solicitors and guess what theyve done more than what this lot have in nearly a year and a half in a few weeks.
Absolutely disgraceful service. No communication, no updates. .unanswered emails and phone calls. Then after four months of absolutely nothing, and obviously deciding to go elsewhere , I recieve the paperwork which I thought was never coming, to then be told it was costing 150. .. 150 for what exactly? Avoid this place, do not waste your money nor your time.
