Arrived at A and E Saturday afternoon with a broken clavicle .A and E staff where amazing.I was kept in over night. Night staff where amazing .Welton ward. Day staff who delt with me where absolutely useless. Basically the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing .They where more concerned about freeing up the bed I was in.The nurse in charge was extremely rude and lied about my pain relief.I will be making an official complaint when I'm feeling better.
Called 5 times. NO ANSWER. I'm in Los Angeles & my dad is on the MEAU ward.Course they're busy my dad is not the only person in hospital, but the automated answer did not even come on? Snooty nurse answered the 1st time telling me I'd have to wait 5 mins. My brother was sat with him but his cell is lousy in there hence I called direct. So it was all too much for the nurse apparently to put me on the phone with him.
Calm quick & efficient staff in A&E care ward. Can't fault them. Although main wards are in desperate need of maintenance.

This is a very good hospital and Ave helped me out in quiet a few things including me aveing to wear an hearing aid now first time ever in my life they do a dam good job for what they Ave to put up with and the cut bcks they Ave had
