No help at all.Maybe you get help from here if you lost your arms or legs. They refuse to offer help to normally illness.
Fabulous people, always ready to help and have been my heros recently, will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need!!
The nurses are great and so is one of the receptionists, but the other receptionist Ive spoken to was snappy and rude. It was also difficult to actually get an appointment as when I came in they told me to phone in for an emergency appointment, but then when I did phone they told me that my problem wasnt able to be booked in for an emergency appointment and I just had to book a normal one anyway! It would be nice for what they tell me to be consistent.
This doctor's have been brilliant. Having had bad past experience when I was a student at my own university doctor's (not Lincoln), I was hesitant to sign up for another uni surgery incase I experienced similar problems. I couldn't be more wrong. The only negative is that it takes time to get an appointment sometimes as you are sharing with 15,000 students! But that just shows how in demand they are.I have had great appointments with Dr Ruth who is brilliant, open and honest and not patronising, happy to take the time to talk you through what is happening as it is your body! I would recommend this, also great to use the online system for booking
All the staff at the surgery are always really friendly and helpful. Doctors and nurses are happy to take there time in your appointments so that you fully understand everything and get the right treatment. I Would 100% recommend freshers register here.
