Really smart pub! Afternoon in Lincoln very nice indeed. Lovely visit, cathedral etc. Great place to go. The Curiosity shop, well worth a Gin! Or a beer!!
Great place, brillant music, great cocktails a little pricey but well worth it, however expect better facilitiesi e. Toilet paper and soap in the Ladies toilets, public toilets are free and at least provide soap and paper.
Had a fantastic night with friends. My drink was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxed and we were able to socialise. Absolutely loved it. Our bartender was fantastic too but unfortunately I didn't catch his name - I suppose I have to visit again soon
I was really sad to have such a poor experience here. This place prides itself on being a little quirky, and on having some tremendous choice on gin. So I was a little surprised when asking the bar staff about a particular bottle and it's appropriate pairing to be met with confusion and slimline tonic as the answer. Turns out the staff member had never tried the product, and ended up serving it with an elderflower lemonade that completely ruined the drink. When you are charging almost 13 for two drinks, the least you could do is employ staff who know their product, so I will not return.
