Popped in for light lunch, not disappointed. Toastie and sandwich was lovely. Good choice of ales on offer.
Came to chat with friend. Whilst waiting, bar staff gave friendly & warm welcome to me, had short, friendly conversations too! Like quotes around the dining area walls, giving me smile & things to think about!
Amazing pub, staff & punters. It's a must. The landlord & landlady are most welcoming and there are many great events held there. 10 stars in my opinion.
Nice friendly pub. Planned a family meal today but they've been left without a chef (new chef starting next week) Let us eat from the chippy in the place. Got plates out, cutlery the lot which was good. Little touches like that deserve 5 stars I reckon.
