Amazing!! The lady was incredibly helpful and wonderful. The shop has everything you could ever need and they will cater it all for however you would like it. And the woman who worked there was so enthusiastic about her job which makes it feel even more special. She really cares. Just a great place!! Nice to feel like youve supported a local business too
Lots of great outfits for parties or other events such as Halloween. A bit pricier than your Tesco or Asda outfits, but the quality is better too! Staff are friendly and always willing to help.
The staff are brilliant and very friendly despite obviously working in difficult circumstances and noise and in a temporary shop. I found it today, needed a costume and the lady stopped me from buying the wrong thing by letting me try it on. Thumbs up. The only reason they lost a star is the building, not the people.
The store went above and beyond today to ensure the delivery of some balloons to a birthday party. With only an hour and a half notice. The staff are amazing and friendly as well as extremely helpful. Top quality service
The staff really know what they're doing with balloons and are great at interpreting vague instructions. They've done a number of arrangements for us which have always looked amazing and lasted for ages. They never try to sell you stuff you don't need and they will even point out ways you can save money. I'm knocking a star off just because the store feels a bit lacklustre and it's tricky to find what you're looking for. It's a party shop... I want to feel excited when I walk in there!
