Patronising, condescending and the typical they know best approach. Very good at being negative about other agents and slow to respond to communication which we had to chase too often.

Most disgusting and worst letting agency I have ever had the displeasure of having any interactions with. Called everyday for 2 weeks, emailed, voicemail left, messages left with staff and informed they will 'Get back to us' after we had informed them that we were ready to pay for the property that day. Asked a week prior to our apparent viewing date and when we tried to confirm time we were told they would again, 'get back to us. disgusted, despicable 'letting agency' criminal fees, would never recommend. Try actually doing your bloody jobs
